I had a crazy knocking sound in my vents & Jared never gave up tracking the problem down. 2 days and lungs probably full of attic insulation - he annihilated that pesky problem. Plus, he found a safety hazard with my furnace flu and set it up right (something my home inspector missed.) Keystone has a happy and loyal customer in me.
Had a great experience with keystone, they are so great and honest about what needs to be done. They have really great pricing and so easy to get in touch with and unbeatable prices. We got a new ac unit and they made everything easy to install and they offer financing if you cannot afford a new one which is so great. Cannot recommend them enough!
I highly recommend Keystone heating and air. Our AC was not working and freezing up, mid July is a terrible time to lose AC. Keystone responded so quickly and was to my house by 11am. They quickly and honestly identified a problem, fixed it and had us cool and happy again by that afternoon. I am grateful they were so honest and thorough and gave great recommendations on how to improve and maximize the performance of our unit. We will use them anytime we need help. Thank you Eric!

Very impressed with the response time and upfront, honest diagnosis of the issue. Eric ‘Rosie’ was great guy and helpful. Would highly recommend. He was able to help me out with reasonable costs. He also helped out my Dad at his rental property after two other hvac companies went out and charged him but with no solution to his problem. Rosie figured it out and did a great job.
Keystone Saved US Over $8000 Dollars!!! We needed our furnace checked because of some water accumulation. I first called Any Hour Electric Plumbing Heating and Air, because I had used them in the past for drain cleaning services. What a mistake!!! After a huge bid for the work Any Hour said needed to be done, we decide to get 5 bids from other contractors. That was the best decision I have made in a very long time. Eric with Keystone was one of the representatives that came to bid it. He was so very impressive with his knowledge, professionalism, and honesty that we were blown away. He bid out the very best air conditioning and high efficiency furnace system that was available, and it came in for $8000 less than the "competition". The competitors systems were not even the same efficiency or quality (equipment type, guarantees, etc.)! PLUS, PLUS, PLUS.... Eric handled everything involving the rebates (money back) that saved us even more money. Eric gave unbelievable attention to customer satisfaction. Eric and Keystone handled getting all the permits with our city, so the inspectors could sign off on everything for our peace of mind. They never added any charges onto their bid price, even though there were a few additional items they needed for our install. They even installed an upgraded air filter housing for the system, which uses higher quality air filters that don't need to be serviced as often as the standard ones. Keystone got our system installed in one day, and even corrected a problem they found with our water heater flue which wasn't venting properly to the outside of our home. I could never fully express my satisfaction and gratitude for them. Our home comfort, because of the system they installed, has greatly improved. Our upstairs used to be too hot in the summer, but now our air temperatures are consistent throughout our home. I am as happy with finding Keystone as I have ever been as a consumer with anything! They have certainly earned my trust, appreciation, and respect. I will definitely be using them, for anything I need in the future. I will also be HIGHLY recommending them to everyone I know. Do yourself a favor and call them. You won't regret it. Thanks again Eric and Keystone! You have made my year!!!

I have a furnace that is over 20 years old. Instead of trying to sell me a new furnace and AC Eric has helped me keep it running at low cost! Why replace what is working?! He also has helped me install 2 water heaters before their end of life may have resulted in a flooded basement. I couldn’t imagine having anyone else with as much knowledge and honesty taking care of these core household appliances. Neither should you.
I recently had Keystone Heating and Air install a new furnace, AC, and tankless water heater in my home, and I couldn't be happier! Eric was incredibly professional and responsive, providing me with an amazing price that was significantly lower and faster than other quotes I received. The installation was done flawlessly and he was able to do it right away, I've never seen such quality work! Eric Rosevear has taken great care of us not once, but twice! The furnace in our rental property stopped working in December. He was very responsive and found the problem quickly. His price to repair was reasonable, but we asked for a quote to replace the furnace, which was more than 15 years old, and we found it very reasonable. Not only did he install the new furnace the same day, he installed a smart thermostat that our tenants love! The second time was at our primary residence. We started smelling an electric motor smell in our house and shut off the furnace because we could not figure out where it was coming from. He got to our house the same day and determined the source of the problem was the blower motor could no longer move the blower wheel. Similar to our rental property, he offered us a very reasonable repair cost and a very reasonable cost to replace not just the furnace but the air conditioner as well. He had both of the new units in the very next day and we could not be more pleased! BTW, he also helped us submit rebates for both projects and we have already received most of the money back. Eric takes great care of his customers and I have told many family and friends that I know a great HVAC guy when they need one. Thanks Eric!

Eric is very knowledgeable and explains the process. Had my old system out and the new one in within a day. Also helped me with the incentives that were available and being offered at the time.
Eric is not only great to work with and very knowledgeable, his prices are also hard to beat. We called several of the "big box" places listed online for bids to replace our furnace and were kind of shocked by the pricing. We called Eric and he went over how the brands he recommends are built in the same factory as the big "name brands" and actually have better ratings and warranties. Many places put an extraordinary mark-up on the already overpriced equipment they sell and totally scam their customers. Since that time we have recommended him to all of our friends and they have also all been extraordinarily happy with his services. Don't get robbed by the places with the huge ads who pay for good reviews with gift cards.

I have used Keystone heating and air on multiple occasions and so has my family. They have repaired my furnace, AC and the latest thing they did for our home was to replace a water heater. The team explained the different options for the water heater that went out, after the thorough explanation my wife and I decided to go with the tankless water heater. They were very professional, polite. Installation was quick, they left no messes. We’ve had our tankless water heater for about three months and I’m so glad we went with Keystone heating and air.
We always call Keystone (Eric) when we have issues with all things Home repair and fix. They always get to us promptly and do a fantastic job at a fair price.
I've been using Eric for all my HVAC needs for years. His knowledge and honesty can't be beat! Recently my furnace stopped blowing hot air, and rather than telling me that I needed a whole new system like many other places would, he looked into it and found that it was a relatively cheap control board and he quickly got me back up and running. He saved me a ton of money!
